GYRO SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb ground beef, drained
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
- 6 green onions or 1 white onion diced
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 chopped tomato
- taco chips or pita chips
- 1 cup greek plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cucumber chopped
- 1 tsp lemon pepper

DIRECTIONS:
FOR BEEF MIXTURE:
- After cooking ground beef, add spinach, tomatoes, onion and lemon pepper to pan on low heat, heat through.
FOR DIP:
- Add yogurt, mayo, cucumber and lemon pepper.
SERVE BOTH WITH CHIPS.
