GYRO SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 1 lb ground beef, drained
  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
  • 6 green onions or 1 white onion diced
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • taco chips or pita chips
  • 1 cup greek plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cucumber chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper

DIRECTIONS:

 

FOR BEEF MIXTURE:

  1. After cooking ground beef, add spinach, tomatoes, onion and lemon pepper to pan on low heat, heat through.

 

FOR DIP:

  1. Add yogurt, mayo, cucumber and lemon pepper. 

 

 

SERVE BOTH WITH CHIPS.
